Job Description

Job Opening: Training Coordinator

ABF Healthcare Services Inc. a trusted leader in healthcare delivery and innovation is seeking an experienced and driven Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring our staff across all departments are equipped with the knowledge skills and tools to provide the highest standard of care and service.


Position Summary

As the Training Coordinator you will be responsible for the development coordination implementation and evaluation of training programs across ABF Healthcare Services. This includes clinical administrative compliance and support staff training to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

You will play a key role in ensuring all organizational procedures are clearly understood and adhered to through wellstructured and engaging training formatsboth virtually and in person.


Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Staff Training: Develop and manage training programs for all departments including clinical services administration patient support IT and compliance. Ensure staff are regularly trained on core competencies safety standards and best practices.

Presentation Development: Design and deliver professional training presentations that effectively communicate procedures policies and expectations. Tailor content to specific departmental needs.

Procedure & Policy Alignment: Maintain uptodate training content that reflects current policies procedures and regulatory standards. Partner with department leads to ensure training materials evolve with operational and clinical changes.

Training Format Coordination: Organize and deliver both inperson and virtual training sessions. Manage logistics scheduling and attendance tracking. Ensure a seamless learning experience across formats.

Social Media & Digital Literacy Training: Lead educational efforts on responsible and effective use of social media platforms for professional and organizational engagement. Emphasize confidentiality ethics and branding.

Ongoing Education & Best Practice Development: Facilitate continued education programs and professional development opportunities. Monitor industry trends to ensure ABF Healthcare Services remains on the leading edge of healthcare training and operations.


Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Education Human Resources Healthcare Administration or related field.

3 years experience in training coordination adult education or professional development (preferably in healthcare).

Proficiency in training software video conferencing tools and content creation platforms.

Strong understanding of HIPAA CMS and other healthcare compliance regulations.

Excellent verbal written and presentation communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
