You will be updated with latest job alerts via email Coordinate and manage all aspects of events and banqueting services from planning to execution.
Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
Work closely with other hotel departments (F&B kitchen front office housekeeping) to ensure seamless event execution.
Manage event bookings prepare proposals and oversee banquet event orders (BEOs).
Supervise event set-up service and breakdown ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory and ensure event-related equipment and supplies are available and in good condition.
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards during events.
Handle client feedback and resolve any issues or complaints during or after events.
Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in Events and Banqueting coordination within the hotel industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
Experience in working with hotel reservation/event management systems is an added advantage.
Education
Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
