You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a detailoriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support the Benefits and Leave team of a large law firm in SW Austin. This role primarily focuses on data entry managing FMLA and leaverelated documentation and supporting various HR processes. Its an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or grow a career in Human Resources especially within benefits administration.

Process and manage FMLA paperwork; track leave cases and maintain accurate records in Dayforce JJ Keller FMLA Manager and shared drives
Track and manage parental leave pay and provide backup support for FMLA and other leaveofabsence tasks
Support the workers compensation process including tracking claims and followups
Assist with onboarding tasks such as background checks new hire documentation and employee file audits
Support benefits administration for new hires and terminations (core and supplemental plans)
Assist with employment verifications service award tracking and applicant tracking logs
Upload unemployment claim documentation into Dayforce and track progress
Support payroll functions including PTO tracking and payroll check register handling
Provide general administrative support across the HR department as needed
Full Time
