As a Truck Driver you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations. Your responsibilities will involve the careful handling and transportation of packages including fragile materials such as aircraft parts and luggage. You will be expected to prioritize safety and effective communication while working collaboratively in a team environment. Position Responsibilities:
Manually pick sort load and unload packages up to twenty feet long and weighing up to 35 pounds.
Demonstrate knowledge of proper load securement procedures using ropes straps chains ratchet binders and tarps as well as hand trucks carts and pallet jacks for certain loads.
Handle fragile materials including aircraft parts and luggage with care.
Collaborate effectively in a team environment prioritizing safety communication and customer service.
Adhere to all Boeing documented processes regarding employee expectations including dress codes and vehicle maintenance.
Operate vehicles safely strictly following all Boeing federal state county and local regulations to avoid CSA violations.
Participate in safety quality and delivery improvement initiatives.
Perform pilot car duties when required.
Be flexible to work at any location and shift within the Puget Sound Region including mandatory weekend overtime as needed.
Maintain physical capability to sit stand push pull and reach frequently throughout the workday.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 1015 lbs to 1535 lbs.
Engage in various movements such as reaching handling turning twisting lifting lowering climbing balancing bending kneeling crouching and squatting.
Work in environments that may involve contact with metals solvents and coolants.
Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools sharp cutters and potential slipping hazards.
Adapt to varying noise levels and atmospheric conditions.
Utilize personal safety gear to protect face/eyes hands/arms and feet while performing job duties.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Basic Qualifications:
Have a valid Washington state drivers License with a clear CDL A and the following endorsements Doubles / Triples Tankers endorsements
Must be able to lift 35 to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
3 years experience with portable communication devices including radios phones tablets and handheld GPS devices etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to obtain hazmat and passenger endorsements
Typical Education & Experience:
High school graduate or GED preferred.
