Job Posting: Colfax NC Health/Wellness Advocate
Location: Colfax North Carolina
Fulltime onsite position
The Period of Performance shall be one Base Year of 12 months and three 12month option years
Overview: As a Health/Wellness Advocate in Colfax you will implement wellness strategies and coordinate services that promote the health and readiness of the Guard community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver holistic wellness services focused on prevention
- Develop and track wellness plans for clients
- Partner with clinicians and leadership to meet wellness objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in public health health education or related field (Masters preferred)
- 3 years of postgraduate experience in a social work setting if a masters degree is held; 1 year within a military setting
- 5 years of postgraduate experience in a social work setting if a bachelors degree is held; 1 year within a military setting
- Program planning and implementation experience
- Passion for holistic health and military service populations
