Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months in a customer service role required
- Call center experience is a plus but not required
- Valid drivers license clean background check and drug screening
- Sales license required (can be obtained after hire)
- Weekend availability required
- Strong computer skills and phone etiquette
- Excellent written communication and grammar for text/emailbased outreach
- High energy organized and able to multitask
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Must have reliable attendance in this performancebased role
Responsibilities:
- Handle internet sales leads incoming calls texts and emails promptly
- Use CRM tools to track follow up and manage customer communication
- Present vehicle specs financing options and complete deals when needed
- Maintain strong product knowledge and relay information effectively
- Set appointments follow up and manage multiple customer interactions
- Contribute to team discussions and maintain positive internal relationships
