Position Overview
The Community Manager is responsible for the overall operations of their assigned community. This role is responsible for building a strong onsite team effective training and development of all onsite team members to ensure overall performance of all sitelevel functions including leasing marketing resident relations financial processes and reporting physical management of the asset including curb appeal and project execution and financial management of the asset including managing the monthly budget and overall business plan. The Community Manager will directly supervise the Community Engineering Manager Associate Community Manager and other onsite staff as directed and ensure the Core Culture and Values are alive by creating a team atmosphere inclusive of all community team members and departments. They will act as a liaison to the corporate support team and handle all special projects as assigned.
