Position Summary:
The Fire and Theft Adjuster will investigate and adjustautomobile fire and theft claims; determining coverage assessing damages and negotiation of settlement; gathering and evaluating complex coverage information taking recorded statements securing police reports obtain repair estimates and other related documents.
Position Qualifications:
High School and/or GED required.
Complex liability and/or SIU experience a plus.
1 years of experience handling Fire and Theft Claims preferred.
Must be customer service focused.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills while collaborating with cross functional departments.
Ability to demonstrate effective time management while prioritizing tasks.
Effective negotiating skills.
Ability to gather and analyze information in order to evaluate results and choose the best solution to the problem.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
This position can be in McAllen Birmingham Lake Mary or Dallas
