In the role of Civil Engineer specializing in Transportation within the Traffic Unit the incumbent will play a crucial role in supporting a wide array of trafficrelated initiatives encompassing design maintenance construction and associated programs. This position entails a comprehensive review of design plans to ensure compliance with established standards as well as the development of accurate quantities and cost estimates for various projects. Additionally the engineer will be responsible for conducting detailed engineering and traffic studies which include evaluating traffic patterns and assessing safety measures to enhance overall roadway efficiency and security. All tasks will be executed in alignment with the organizations Business Plan Goals and Objectives ensuring that each project contributes to the broader mission of improving transportation infrastructure and public safety.
