JOB DESCRIPTION

The Vice President of Digital Analytics will lead a team responsible for supporting Caesars Digital. In concert with senior leaders across iGaming Sports Marketing Product Technology Data Finance Customer teams this individual will provide insights into all facets of marketing pricing product finance operations across Caesars Digital. This individual will identify opportunities to grow the business and be able to communicate his/her findings to a wide range of stakeholders focused on implementation and profitability.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Oversee all analytical and reporting functions of Caesars Digital. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Conceptualize conduct and lead analysis and modeling (e.g. LTV/CPA multivariate testing and significance interpretation price optimization VIP host sizing/allocation product merchandising optimization churn/atrisk scoring)
  • Data Integrity subject matter expert
  • Produce and refine performance reporting with perspectives on key takeaways for operations reviews and seniorlevel presentations
  • Develop industryleading analytics and capabilities in the relevant areas including but not limited to Brick and Mortar Digital cross platform conversion marketing personalization/CRM VIP prospecting and management Hold optimization initiatives
  • Closely monitor competitive landscape to drive visibility to industry best demonstrated practices
  • Communicate analyses conclusions and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to facilitate buyin with relevant business stakeholders and senior executives
  • Hire develop and mentor all staff to ensure best practices become incorporated enterprisewide
  • Be an active participant and contributor to the thought leadership of broader Analytics department
  • Identify regulatory financial and compliance risks and take actions to eliminate or minimize
  • Champion a commitment to honesty integrity and responsible corporate behavior
  • Create an engaged and compliance culture and foster a supportive and open environment

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree with 10 years relevant work experience. Quantitative major (i.e. STEM) preferred but not required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • Relevant work experience includes but is not exclusive to management within a digital organization management of an Analytics or Strategy team leadership within an FP&A organization with broad geographic coverage or consulting experience with a focus on execution / implementation. Must have 5 years of financial analysis and/or operations research modeling experience
  • Must be very analytical yet maintain a bigpicture business orientation. Entrepreneurial skills and thought processes are highly desirable. Must be willing to push the envelope in seeking and implementing new thought processes and ideas that have a demonstrable impact on profit
  • Must be technically skilled and have experience using key data analysis tools. Must be a proficient user of MS Office tools and large databases including advanced knowledge of MS Excel. SQL and knowledge of webbased reporting platforms such as Tableau is strongly with Google BiqQuery is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong analytic skill aptitude for working with data and creativity at finding new solutions to solving problems
  • Must possess very strong interpersonal communication and consensus building skills; ability to communicate complex concepts to all levels of audiences including senior executives
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills; willingness to develop and manage key relationships across the organization
  • Must be able to work in a deadline oriented environment ensuring decisions and management communication is occurring in a timely fashion
  • Must be able to manage competing tasks from multiple stakeholders and prioritize in accordance with strategic objectives for the organization
  • Must possess strong leadership and motivational skills and be able to successfully manage a team of intelligent focused and careerminded individuals
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
