DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities
- Develops actionable brand strategy and standards for select brands within the enterprise
- Interprets brand strategy and implement plans to bring brand strategy to life across across marketing and experience touchpoints
- Helps to manage creative development process and creative requests on behalf of the brand team
- Provides robust and actionable strategic input on creative briefs and communication strategies that support the brand strategy and business needs
- Reviews creative provided by agency partners to ensure it aligns with brand strategy and business objectives
- Develops new ideas to bring the right customer experience to life and express each brands DNA; works with property / POD teams to ensure brand is appropriately brought to life across key touch-points in the customer journey
- Supports brand input on advertising production process & review including: a) Radio script development casting and production b) Direct Mail / Collateral Support c) TV advertising development d) Review email digital placements e) Small Ad hoc requests PR Entertainment (evites banners etc.)
- Coordinates and leads invoicing & billing process in support of Brand team
- Coordinates and leads trademark maintenance process with Legal partners and marketing partners
- Approves RRD print requests for respective brands
- Assists with tactical requests from properties
Additional Job Requirements
- Requires ability to work on a flexible schedule as needed e.g. assist with on-site production activities that may take place late at night or early in the morning.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 1-3 years of work experience ideally in a marketing role
- NOTE: previous experience working with creative agencies strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills / ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with wide range of cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to operate in high pressure fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
