The Sales Operations Analyst Incentive Compensation will play a vital role in supporting the design administration and analysis of sales compensation programs. This position involves working closely with sales leadership finance customer service and human resources to ensure accurate and timely processing of incentive compensation as well as providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Support and influence quarterly compensation planning cycle.
- Assist in the administration and execution of sales compensation plans ensuring accurate and timely payout calculations.
- Deliver compensation statements to each incentiveeligible employee.
- Support daytoday inquiries from the sales team providing timely responses while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports to provide insights into sales performance and compensation metrics.
- Assist in the development and documentation of incentive compensation policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational systems and processes.
- Understand and develop compensation modeling for monthly and quarterly incentive compensation plans to ensure accurate accruals and payments. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business Finance Marketing Computer Science or similar quantitative degree.
- Minimum 12 years experience in Sales Operations for field sales teams.
- Prior experience in supporting field sales teams with a passion for seeing the bigger picture and problem solving.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools; VBA/SQL/Python skills are a plus.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Thrive in a demanding changeoriented fast paced environment requiring a high degree of deadlinedriven productivity.
