Superintendent National Residential Builder
Tacoma WA
Work for one of the top home builders in the country as they expand their footprint in the Greater Seattle areaespecially in the South Sound communities of Bonney Lake Puyallup Auburn Tacoma and Federal Way.
Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent to take on longterm projects within a specific community. This teamoriented company is looking for a strong leader to manage the construction of multiple singlefamily homes simultaneously. Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction activities onsite.
- Coordinate subcontractors schedules for each development phase.
- Ensure timely completion of homes meeting contractual obligations.
- Approve and address subcontractor work and payments.
- Enforce site safety and compliance with regulations.
- Manage erosion control responsibilities and permit compliance.
- Maintain adherence to building codes and quality standards.
- Organize inspections and homeowner orientations.
- Monitor construction quality and cleanliness.
- Schedule warranty repairs and address homeowner concerns.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Uphold company policies and suggest improvements.
Superintendent Qualifications:
- At least two years of progressive leadership experience in construction.
- Production home construction experience is preferred.
- Must have a vehicle and a valid drivers license.
- Exposure to Construction software and the MS Office Suite.

Compensation: $80000$95000 plus annual performance bonus potential of $8000 $10000 (based on personal team and company performance)
