Job Summary
Job Description
A Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the necessary quality standards throughout the production and delivery process. They perform tests and evaluations to identify any defects or issues with the product and work with teams to find solutions to these problems. They also develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to prevent future issues.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
Perform tests and evaluations throughout the production and delivery process to identify defects
Work with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement solutions to quality issues
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions
Develop and maintain quality control documentation
Train employees on quality control standards and procedures
Perform supplier evaluations and manage supplier quality
Provide input on product design and development to ensure quality standards are met
Provide support during external and internal audits
Requirements
Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
2 years of experience
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Experience with quality control software and tools

Requires a bachelors degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
