Job Description
- Shared Instructional Vision: Support a vision of excellence for all students with an urgency to maximize every opportunity necessary to achieve ambitious student outcomes
- Student Learning: Oversee the schools learning program including the development and execution of an Annual scope and Sequence for each grade level collaborating with school leaders on curricular decisions and implementing a strong fully integrated program for students with special needs and English learners
- Data & Results: Collect organize and facilitate the interpretation and analysis of achievement data to guide instructional decisionmaking and individual student case management. Actively monitor student achievement outcomes and establish systems to ensure multiple data sources are regularly informing instructional programs
- Intervention & Support Services: Design and implement student intervention plans in collaboration with teachers and the leadership team to ensure students reach and exceed gradelevel standards
- Adult Learning & Oversight: Lead the schools professional development and evaluation systems including developing an annual professional development plan (which includes weekly quarterly and annual staff training and onboarding) coaching and evaluating instructional staff
- Innovation: Develop and execute innovative strategies to ensure every student is receiving a worldclass education
- Administration: Manage master scheduling Special Ed and EL compliance testing and xampus supervision
- Other leadership responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications :
- At least five years of elementary classroom teaching experience with strong student achievement outcomes
- Successful school leadership experience such as mentor coach or administrative role
- Graduate from a recognized college or university with a masters level or higher degree preferred
- A valid California Administrative Services credential preferred
- Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred

Pay Range: $110000.00 $137974.00/annually. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
