Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the overall operation supervision and administration of the Poker Department
JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for leading departmental initiatives including hiring training procedure development product equipment supplies acquisition and install.
- Responsible for overseeing daily operation of Poker Academy
- Establishes and administers the operating budget
- Responsible for the planning and successful execution of property Poker Tournaments.
- Coordinates all aspects of events including meeting with vendors and ensuring timely communication with Marketing Cashiering and other departments.
- Responsible for enhancing the growth of gaming revenues through the development of the customer base.
- Maintains relationships with valued gaming guests and markets the gaming product to potential highlimit guests
- Establishes procedures to uphold strict adherence to state regulations and internal controls related to departmental processes
- Deals with the difficult circumstances that arise on the gaming floor in a constructive and businesslike manner balancing the interest of the customer employee and company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years Casino Operations experience management experience required
- Bachelors degree or 35 years equivalent training/experience required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $70000 to $85000
