Job Description

Waste Connectionsis looking for aSales Managerat our location inCharlotte North Carolina!

Manager our team of Territory Managerson all aspects of customer service including proactive maintenance & retention pricing & service integrity managing Books of Business maintaining & managing their loss budget and negotiating service agreements.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Assist Sales team in the field as needed.
  • Assist in new hire selection process onboarding and training.
  • Must demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years outside sales/B2Bexperiencepreferred.
  • Waste industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with contract selling will be an asset.
  • Previous Sales supervision experience.
  • Computer literate Salesforce experience is a plus!
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Reliabletransportation&valid drivers license required this position requires frequent driving.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate as career advances.
