Shaw Industries is hiring a dynamic and selfmotivated Process Engineer to provide technical assistance to theteamsupervisors associates and internal customers on a daily basis on the Finishing line at Shaw Plant 4.

Responsibilities:
Managing capital projects
Drive TPM initiatives and cost improvements
Investigate offquality situations
Monitorand analyzing departmental performance through reports feedback and observations.
Responsible forsetting schedulesinventory daily production and driving trials on the coating line.
Requirements:
4year degree; Engineering degree preferred
Strong communicationskills (written and oral)
Strong project management skills
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office
Previousmanufacturing experience (preferred)
