Job Description
Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver medical and educational support to special education students and others with complex health needs within schools in Fargo North Dakota.

Requirements:
Must be licensed as an LPN in the state of North Dakota
Experience with medically fragile children or in school settings preferred
Must pass background checks and meet safety regulations
Responsibilities:
Provide direct health care and support to students under the supervision of RNs
Assist in administering medications and treatments according to provider orders
Monitor student health status and report concerns to RN or other medical personnel
Document care and maintain communication with families and educational staff
Assist with case management of students requiring intensive support
Support students during transportation to and from school when needed
Any other duties as assigned.
