Job Description
The expected pay range for a Retail Supervisor in Hilo is $42100 to $57250 per year plus bonus.
HPM Building Supply in Hilo Hawaii is seeking to hire a fulltime Retail Supervisor to assist the Retail Sales Manager to expertly serve customers and maintain high operating standards in a fastpaced building material supply store. The Retail Sales Supervisor continuously assesses current staffing stock retail and marketing effectiveness to ensure a top of class customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous customer service experience in a retail environment is required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred but not necessary
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
