THE TEAM
Zeta Globals Customer Solutions Value Practice sits at the intersection of technology value and delivery. Our mission is to embed a unified datadriven value framework across the client lifecycle from initial engagement to launch renewal and advocacy. We help translate complex offerings into clear outcomedriven narratives that align internal teams and client stakeholders around shared business impact.
Operating as both a solution design function and a field execution partner we build scalable frameworks and directly support client engagements to ensure that value is not just promised but realized. A critical part of our work includes driving product adoption by aligning platform capabilities to customer goals and impact cases.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Value Consultant youll be a founding member of a highimpact team that is redefining how Zeta articulates and delivers value. You will work crossfunctionally to design and embed solutionbased value frameworks into Zetas operating rhythms and clientfacing motions. This spans presales support through to ongoing engagement.
You will lead valuecentric workshops create compelling business cases and act as a trusted partner to field teams. Your work will directly support value selling expansion and longterm retention by ensuring Zetas platform is understood adopted and appreciated through a business outcomes lens. In addition you will:

The total compensation range for this role is $150000 $200000.
