Description
The NCSS Behavior Support Team is seeking compassionate dependable and motivated individuals to provide support to people with emotional and behavioral challenges in both community and residential settings.
What Youll Do: As a Residential Behavior Interventionist youll play a vital role in creating a structured therapeutic environment where individuals can thrive. This site has opportunity for daytime and overnight shifts and we want to note that overnight shifts are asleep positions.
What Were Looking For:
- A positive attitude and a strong calm presence
- A commitment to therapeutic engagement and meaningful connection
- The ability to foster consistency and structure in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities or mental health conditions is ideal
- Experience in behavioral or therapeutic residential settings is preferred
No ASL experience No problem. Were willing to train the right candidate in American Sign Language (ASL) to support effective communication and inclusion.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation
