Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm engaging phone manner.
Passion for public media and appreciation for PBS programming.
Comfortable working with donation tracking software or databases.
Experience in customer service fundraising or telemarketing is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Flexible availability including some evenings or weekends during the drive.
Answering inbound phone calls promptly and professionally. Providing accurate information and assistance to callers. Resolving customer inquiries and issues on time. Documenting all interactions and maintaining detailed records. Escalating complex issues to appropriate channels when necessary. Following company policies and procedures. Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service delivery. Adhering to client-specific guidelines and protocols. Meeting performance metrics and targets set by the company.
