Are you a peopleperson with a passion for helping patients achieve their perfect smile Anderson Dental in Phoenix Arizona is seeking a dynamicDental Treatment Coordinatorto join our growing team!
What Youll Do:
Be the friendly face guiding patients through their treatment journey from consultation to completion.
Explain treatment plans costs and financing options with clarity and compassion.
Coordinate appointments followups and insurance claims to ensure a seamless experience.
Build lasting relationships with patients boosting their confidence in our care.
Collaborate with our dental team to streamline operations and enhance patient satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
5 plus years of dental office or customer service experience (dental assisting or front office a plus!).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients of all backgrounds.
Knowledge of dental terminology insurance processes and treatment planning.
Organized detailoriented and comfortable with Dentrix software.
A team player with a positive attitude and a knack for problemsolving.
