Specialist Tech Business Analysis

Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

In this role you will provide management and oversight of Federal Government Billing Task Orders to ensure accurate and timely invoice and contract requirement deliverables. Candidate will monitor and manage all aspects of the Federal Task order awards from Order to Invoice as well as validate quality accuracy and coordinate solving billing related issues. Requires a candidate with GSA Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Act as a liaison/Product Owner Delegate between business stakeholders and delivery teams systematically gathering and documenting requirements/user stories to ensure alignment with business needs and successful project delivery.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:

Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit analyze document and maintain detailed business and technical requirements (Waterfall methodology) or user stories (Agile methodology).

Stakeholder Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding alignment of project goals and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Validation Verification and Quality Assurance: Coordinate and participate in testing and UAT activities to ensure requirements/user stories are accurately implemented and final deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.

Change and Risk Management: Manage changes to requirements/user stories assess their impact on project scope timeline and resources and identify and mitigate related risks.

Project Planning and Continuous Improvement: Assist in project planning activities such as creating timelines and resource allocation plans while continuously seeking opportunities to improve requirements management/user stories processes and tools.

Job Contribution:

A professional with solid knowledge of fundamental concepts and organizational practices working on smaller projects. Exercises judgment in the absence of prescribed guidelines or policies determine appropriate action.

Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 1 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
