Job Description
Beaver Mitsubishi is seeking an engaging and serviceoriented Guest Services Host to be the welcoming face of our dealership. As a Guest Services Host you will create memorable first impressions for all who walk through our doors ensuring every guest receives personalized attention and a warm inviting experience. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills and contribute to a supportive guestfocused team within a respected organization.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome all guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Offer complimentary beverages (coffee tea or cold bottled water)
- Create a relaxing and elevated first impression
- Communicate guest arrival to the appropriate team member
- Escort or introduce guests to a Guest Experience Manager for a seamless handoff
- Keep the reception and welcome area clean calm and guestready
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality front desk or customer service preferred
- Polished appearance and excellent communication skills
- Naturally friendly and attentive to detail
- Calm and composed in a fastpaced or luxury environment
- Team player who enjoys making others feel special and seen
