What Youll Do:
- Lead project meetings and generate detailed reports
- Oversee permitting bid reviews and subcontractor agreements
- Track project costs forecast budgets and manage change orders
- Maintain strong relationships with municipalities inspectors and subcontractors
- Collaborate closely with architects engineers and field teams to resolve issues quickly
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a reputable commercial contractor
- Multifamily construction experience is required
- Skilled in managing multiple projects and using Microsoft Project Excel and construction software
- Bachelors degree in a constructionrelated field preferred
- Proactive communicator and natural problemsolver
