As the Electrical Relay Engineer for a multidisciplined firm dealing with power plant projects. Responsibilities will include power plant and substation layout programming SEL relays equipment sizing and conducting arc flash analysis.
This is a direct hire and permanent position.
This position can be worked on a hybrid schedule for the right candidate with two remote days.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineer license
- 10 years of substation and power plant experience preferred
- Willing to travel domestically up to 10%
- Experience with protective relay
- High/medium voltage experience
- Experience programming SEL relays
- Experience with power plant and/or substation layout
- Familiarity with NFPA NEC codes and OSHA standards
