The elevated Signia by Hilton San Jose is searching for a Payroll Supervisor to join the Finance Team.
Located across the street from Plaza de Csar Chvez Park and within walking distance of the San Jose Convention Center Signia by Hilton San Jose offers a prime location in the capital of Silicon Valley. - Classification: FullTime
- Shifts: Morning shifts Monday to Friday
- The hourly pay range for this position: $36 to $38.50
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
- Excel proficiency
- Union hotel experience is highly preferred
- Knowledgeable of audit processes
What will I be doing
As a Payroll Supervisor you will perform activities to support the Payroll and General Accounting functions. This is a full time onsite position.
- Processes hours and payroll for hotel team members.
- Reviews accuracy of payroll and deductions and reports all discrepancies to supervisor.
- Prepares payroll reports
- Conducts annual record retention procedures assists in processing quarterly yearend closings (Disability W2s)
- Processes tips and gratuities
