MOLLIE ASPEN is a new 68room boutique hotel that occupies a prime location on Paepcke Park in the heart of Aspen Colorado.
Designed by awardwinning studio Post Company MOLLIEs interiors are subtly inspired by the Aspen tradition of being firmly grounded while gazing abroad a seamless blend of understated luxury and residential comfort. The property holds quiet confidence and commitment to a reduction of excess with interiors that thoughtfully utilize native materials from Aspen and the wider Western region accentuated with natural woods earthen ceramics and handdyed textiles. MOLLIEs lobby fosters an inviting atmosphere for visitors and locals alike where the eclectic mix of differing personas is celebrated and upheld.
The hotels food & beverage programs consist of a lobby bar and restaurant with yearround outdoor seating and a laidback allday caf. Set atop MOLLIEs top floor is a rooftop pool and terrace that transforms into an intimate lounge by night with unobstructed views of Aspen Mountain. MOLLIE Aspen has been developed by HayMax Capital a leading local development firm specializing in Aspen hospitality and residential development.
Position Summary:
We are looking for an energetic individual to join our team as Steward. The Stewards are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes tableware glassware pots pans and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain sanitation standards and procedures that comply with health and legal regulations with the advice of the Company.
- Be able to safely operate all kitchen equipment
- Oversees the inventory of all Cleaning/Ware washing products.
- Oversee upkeep of all MOLLIE Aspen areas including dry goods walkins bathroom storage/locker room and dish pit. Maintain inventory of all plate ware event materials and kitchenware
- Oversee weekly deep cleaning.
- Assist in prep projects as directed by Chef
- Assist in receiving and rotation of all food.
- Dispose of all trash cardboard etc. as needed throughout the shift Empty trash cans from all kitchen and service areas throughout the shift
- Minimizes breakage by handling china and other items with care.
- Maintains sanitation to Department of Health standards; Keep work area clean and organized.
- Informs the Chef on Duty immediately of any DOH or OSHA/workplace safety violations.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent guest service and problemresolution skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends evenings and holidays.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of work experience in hospitality
- The ability to move lift carry push pull and place objects that weigh 25 pounds or less without aid is required. Assistance will be necessary for objects weighing over 50 pounds.
