Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Custodian to join our growing team. Reporting to the Sr Facilities Manager the Custodian will ensure the building are clean and well maintained.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas which could be an office building warehouse cleanrooms labs and other facilities as needed
• Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming sweeping and mopping floors
• Dust furniture pictures ventilation areas lights and blinds empty wastebaskets clean windows restrooms and other regular cleaning and maintenance duties
• Clean up after catered meals
• Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous custodial and cleaning experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to frequently lift push and slide items that typically weigh up to 50lbs and may weigh up to 70lbs
• Ability and willingness to go above and beyond ones comfort zone when it comes to learning about other

Salary Range$21.00 $24.00 per hour

Your actual level and base salary will be determined casebycase and may vary based on the jobrelated qualification knowledge skills education and experience. Physical Demands

An employee must meet the physical demands described to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. In performing the duties of this job the employee is routinely required to sit or stand for long durations of time in addition to bending reaching and walking. This would require the ability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. This position is generally sedentary with substantial computer usage.

Work Environment

The job operates in a professional office environment but in a manufacturing company. This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers and scanners.
