Job Description
Grace Company is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Email Marketer/Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing and elevating our email marketing efforts including newsletters promotions and email automations. Youll work closely with the marketing team to craft compelling funnels for our diverse range of products and initiatives. Additionally as our primary copywriting expert youll contribute to blog writing website copy print ad content and the creation of memorable taglines.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our existing email automations and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective funnels for our products and initiatives.
- Lead the charge in copywriting tasks including but not limited to blog posts website copy print ad content and taglines.
- Assist in the revamp of our website focusing on refreshing and enhancing website copy in collaboration with our Digital Marketing Manager.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy aimed at deepening customer engagement and increasing revenue.
- Establish a system for monitoring and reporting on the performance of email campaigns facilitating ongoing testing and improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in email marketing and copywriting.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms is preferred.
- Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to meet marketing objectives.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What Youll Achieve
- Shortterm: Youll take charge of our existing email automations refine our current strategies and play a key role in our websites revamp particularly in updating the copy.
- Longterm: Youll spearhead the creation and implementation of a robust email marketing strategy establish a framework for monitoring and evaluating campaign performance and significantly contribute to increasing the revenue generated from email marketing efforts.

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting Salary: $47500 $60000 depending on experience and skills
6 Paid Holidays as well as 2 additional floating holiday
