Location: Orlando FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8hour shifts
Salary: $22 $27 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Events Assistant to join our vibrant team. As an Events Assistant youll support the planning coordination and execution of highimpact events that reflect our clients brand identities. Youll play a vital role in ensuring each event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and organization of promotional events brand activations and product launches
Coordinate event logistics including venue setup materials and vendor communication
Support onsite event execution and provide assistance to event managers as needed
Monitor timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
Help with postevent reporting and feedback collection
Ensure brand consistency in all eventrelated activities
Manage inventory of promotional materials and event supplies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in marketing communications or related field preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Energetic proactive and able to work well in a teamoriented environment
Basic understanding of marketing principles and event planning
Flexible and willing to travel or work evenings if needed for event execution
