The Opportunity
Join the Monash Online Education team as a Senior Education Coordinator.
The Senior Education Coordinator Monash Online is responsible for the management and quality assurance of many student administrative processes internally and with Monash Onlines thirdparty partner including enrolment and completion of students in wholly online postgraduate courses offered in an intensive six by six week offering.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for managing the delivery of a highquality program of services overseeing the implementation of services systems and administrative processes in line with best practices and University policies to ensure excellent delivery and support for Monash Online students and faculty staff. Additionally you will manage elements of the complex thirdparty partner arrangement by maintaining effective working relationships with a network of stakeholders to support and facilitate efficient service delivery working closely with third party staff.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background and substantial relevant skills and work experience particularly relating to student administration and in a small busy team.
