Job Summary
The Solutions Consultant will work with clients to help leverage their investment in our association technology. The ideal candidate will assist association clients in achieving their goals using methodologies aligned with our technology roadmap.
Successful candidates will have a passion for helping memberbased associations implement solutions that enhance staff and member experiences. This role requires the ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solutions. Candidates must also be able to conceptualize and communicate technical ideas to nontechnical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Acquire a fundamental understanding of our products customer support policies and client agreements
Engage with clients to understand goals and design requirements
Communicate a clear vision on how best to achieve project goals using applicable tools and methodologies
Develop functional requirements documentation for client approval
Implement and support system configurations and test based on approved requirements following SOPs
Deliver training to clients and participate in other educational activities
Document and build out solutions using a uniform consistent approach for longterm client support
Stay current on emerging tools and technologies within the association marketplace
Provide consulting services in alignment with project scope and budget
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelors degree and at least 23 years of work experience in a related field
Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems
Familiarity with large enterprise or relational database systems
Experience with memberbased associations (e.g. membership management professional development meeting/event coordination)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
Experience with tools such as Copilot is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into clientfacing conversations
Demonstrated initiative selfmotivation and comfort working autonomously

AMS experience
Background in accounting or financial processes
Experience in technical training or previous technical PM roles

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherworks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses long term incentives a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
US Remote: $85000 $90000 USD per year
