The Property Accounting Specialist is responsible for the financial and transactional processes related to residential property payments for housing assistance programs. This role ensures timely and accurate disbursement of funds by tracking payments reviewing supporting documentation and maintaining comprehensive financial records for propertyrelated transactions. The Property Accounting Specialist works closely with finance program and compliance teams to support accurate reporting uphold funding requirements and ensure all payments align with contractual and regulatory standards.
