Job Title: Production Operator Adhesives Manufacturing
Location: North Las Vegas NV
Job Type: Temp to Hire Fulltime

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating equipment following production schedules and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment in the production of industrial adhesives.
Responsibilities:
Operate mixers reactors and filling equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Follow batch production records and instructions to ensure accurate chemical formulation
Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
Perform quality checks and record production data
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Assist with packaging labeling and storage of finished products
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Follow all safety protocols including handling of hazardous materials and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in chemical manufacturing or adhesive production preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and safety documents
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible shifts or overtime as needed
