Job Description
We are looking for a busy bee to keep the hotel running at tip top shape. The Bellman will be in charge of keeping the hotel clean stocked and helping guests.
Welcoming and greeting guest opening doors and assisting with guest needs
Assisting with luggage answering questions and providing local information
Know and adhere to hotel/franchise and ZMC Hotels standards.
Answers all bell calls from front desk delivering items requested to guest rooms or conference center.
Bring delivered items to proper storage checking invoice to ensure all items are accounted for.
Check storage rooms for trash and dirty linens and take to proper areas.
Maintain outside of buildings i.e. sweeping shoveling trash receptacles general litter.
Maintain clean areas around loading dock and trash compactor.
Must be SDS trained and completed AWAIR program.
Maintain a clean and attractive work area uniform and person
Keep confidential the business functions of the company including but not limited to financial status customer/guest information employee issues etc..
- Highly organized.
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position constantly moving and able to lift 30 pounds.
- Strong Guest Service Skills
- Must have attention to detail and be customer service oriented.
- Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests management and coworkers.
