A successful candidate should be comfortable working as part of team and have strong oral and written communication skills. Appropriate DESE licensure in Moderate or Severe Special Needs is required. Candidates should have previous experience working with preschool or elementary school students with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Restraint Training and three years of experience is preferred. Candidates should have experience in the following areas: Strong background in the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis Performing discrete trialsCollecting and analyzing behavioral and academic dataStrong behavior management skills Creating and maintaining student program booksProviding services in both inclusion and pullout settingsSchedule integration time for studentsProvide supervision to paraprofessionalsCoordinate schedules of paraprofessionalsSupporting social skills developmentDifferentiating instruction Knowledge and use of ACE curriculumEvaluating students using a variety of assessments (e.g. ABLLS VBMAPP ACE)Writing reports goals IEPs and progress notes
