Kaeppel Consulting is seeking an entry level/Jr. Business Analyst to work for one of our clients in Erie PA. This is a 1 year temp role an onsite position.
Position Summary:
Under close supervision is responsible for the review analysis and optimization of related aspects of current and future processes. Contributes to continuous improvement efforts by assisting in evaluation development and support for the implementation of recommended process and system changes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyzes defines and documents process workflows through user interviews facilitated workshops and subject matter expert engagement.
- Participates in the development of future business processes needed to support new products and/or services.
- Documents future processes to determine how to proactively improve current business for the development of future procedures and models.
- Examines processes holistically to understand the impact of changes to people strategy systems and general business operations.
- Generates and compiles reports complete with recommended improvements to business processes and operational procedures.
- Assists in building the business case for a process or system change and provides input into the change management and implementation.
