The Behavioral Health Services (BHS) unit at Coffee Creek Correctional Facility (CCCF) in Wilsonville Oregon is actively recruiting for a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment ServicesManager 2. If you are selected you will become part of the Department of Corrections management team.
About the Job Your Role
The purpose of this position is to oversee the operations of genderresponsive substance use disorder programming in a minimum and medium custody institution to include program management development and/or implementation of policy and procedures staff supervision staff meetings training delivery of clinical services evaluation of clinical services outcomes tracking and reporting and strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The SUD Treatment Services Manager has contact with all levels of institution staff as well as other agencies individuals and groups that interface with the ODOC. This position performs direct supervisory functions for Qualified Mental Health Associates related to assigning work developing work procedures establishing work schedules monitoring performance and evaluating work.
This position is management services and may be eligible for Police & Fire (P&F) benefits through Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) as defined by statute.

The salary range listed above is for nonPERS qualifying applicants. PERS qualifying applicants may be eligible for an adjusted range to reflect an additional 6.95%.

The successful candidate for this position must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) fingerprintbased background check and maintain CJIS eligibility. Due to CJIS requirements related to system access there may be some felony convictions that could disqualify you for this position.
