Job Description

Temporary Scanning Project Scanning Clerk

Pay Range: $17.00/hour $18.00/hour

The schedule for this position is 8:00 am 5:00 pm Monday Friday with a one hour unpaid lunch break.

*This position is a temporary position not to exceed 90 days.*

Job Position Summary
This position is a temporary Scanning position that is expected to end in approximately 90 schedule for this position is 8:00 am 5:00 pm Monday Friday with a one hour unpaid lunch break. As an employee you are expected to follow and abide by all applicable policies and processes in place at Knudtsen Foothills.

Responsibilities

  • Scanning documents needed in digital storage.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Dependability and punctuality required.
  • Must be selfmotivated and hardworking.
  • Must be able to work on a team.
  • Basic computer skills working ability of Word Excel etc. and ability to learn database management software is required.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and preemployment drug test. Also subject to reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testingrandom drug testing and postaccident drug testing at the companys request.

The Scanning Clerk may be required to stand for long periods of time sit for long periods of time and lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds balance stoop kneel and crouch. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk listen and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger handle feel and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The environment for the Scanning Clerk is generally a quiet office setting and may require occasional visits to the dealership departments such as Sales and Service.
