Job Duties

Support Probation and Parole District by managing offenders database and maintaining their files accurately and efficiently. Supporting front desk operations by greeting and assisting visitors and callers to the office and preparing case file material for open/closed cases. Provide office/administrative support while demonstrating excellent customer service skills

Minimum Qualifications

High School Graduate or GED/Equivalent. Valid VA Drivers License. Considerable experience in office and administrative support is required. Demonstrated ability to manage extensive filing and record keeping system.

Additional Considerations

Ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced office environment. Effective Communication and Presentation Skills. Good working knowledge of computers with competency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Office Administration procedures.
