Job Description
This position is eligible for hybrid work within Iowa and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment. Per policy work arrangements will be reviewed annually and must comply with theremote work program and related policiesandemployee travel policy when working at a remote location.
Duties to Include:
Review and maintain regular financial reports of procurement card and travel related expenses to verify adherence to policies and procedures. Participate in functional design testing and training of ProTrav system enhancements as needed. - Provide prompt effective and exemplary customer service.
- Assist in expanding the card program through the use of new card solutions.
Location: Plaza Centre One (PCO)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am4:30pm
Salary: $45540 to commensurate

Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Experience (typically 1 year) in accounting/procurement card process/system monitoring and/or data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and analytical/statistical skills
- Must be proficient in computer software applications/demonstrated competence with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Access Excel and Word. A work sample may be given to interviewees either before or at the time of interview to assess Excel skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Beyond 1 year of experience in accounting/procurement card process/system monitoring and/or data analysis.
- Knowledge of automated systems both custombuilt and commercially available.
- Experience with identifying and managing fraud/fraud prevention.
- Experience with leading process improvement projects and process reengineering.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain.
- Familiarity with the ePro ProTrav and APPO systems.
