Lewis Central Community School District is looking for an LCTV Activities Sponsorfor the 20526School activities expected time commitment for working additional time may be required outside of this timeframe and will be determined and communicated by the Activities Director.

Job Summary:

Under the general direction of the Activities Directoran LCTV Sponsors primary responsibilitiesis to develop and publish (with the assistance of students) content that highlights the achievements of students in activities.

Essential Functions

• Assist in livestreaming of athletic events
• Work with the District Communications Director to develop and publish content
• Assist in delivering of scoreboard content
• Collaborate with school staff parents and community members to promote a supportive and engaging program.
• Ensure compliance with all school district and state policies.
• Communicate effectively with students parents and school administration regarding activities schedules and expectations.
• Encourage academic achievement and emphasize the importance of balancing academics with extracurricular activities.
• Attend support and supervise students atcompetitions performances and other related events.

Travel Requirements:

Depending on the assignment this position may berequired to travel to all related events and in some instance operate a school vehicle to transport studentparticipantsto events.
