The Sales Productivity team drives revenue growth by providing automated and efficient tools for sellers. As an Engineering Manager you will lead a team of 812 engineers in developing innovative LLM/AIpowered products that improve workflows for identifying account growth opportunities recommending sales strategies and reducing manual tasks. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to optimize account management allowing sellers to focus on achieving results. Success requires strong technical skills effective engineering leadership a solid understanding of seller needs successful collaboration with engineering teams exploration of current AI/LLM best practices and the delivery of highquality comprehensive solutions.
What youll do:
- Manage 812 engineers.
- Leverage automation and AI to expand our Sales Productivity tooling suite.
- Provide technical leadership mentorship and contribute to a strong engineering culture across multiple teams.
- Set and uphold a high bar for technical excellence and production quality.
- Collaborate closely with product managers data scientists tech leads other crossfunctional teams and external partners to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Play a key role in shaping the teams roadmap with partners on Product Management Design Data Science and Research.
- Drive both shortterm execution and longterm engineering strategy for the team.
- Draw in recruit guide and motivate a diverse group of engineers.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere where everyone can excel.
What were looking for:
- 6 years of engineering experience as an individual contributor.
- 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
- Proven ability to grow build and retain productive teams.
- Track record of successfully launching complex consumerfocused products that deliver business and strategic impact.
- Experience building product utilizing LLM/GenAI stay close to industry best practice.
- Experience (or strong interest) in Advertising and Sales space.
- Customer focused with strong product sense.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ownership. Experience working across multiple teams to align on roles and responsibilities and work together towards shared outcomes. You work well with others.
- Bachelors degree in computer science a related field or equivalent experience.
