Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Lead Office Services to lead and support our office services staff. This role involves overseeing mailroom operations handling administrative tasks and ensuring a wellorganized and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support office services staff in daily operations.
Use handheld devices and technology for package tracking floor checkins/checkouts and data collection.
Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel Word and other office management software.
Manage all incoming mailroom materials: receive review document process identify separate deliver and transport.
Prepare and process outbound courier shipments using shipping software or provider equipment (e.g. UPS).
Pick up deliver and transport materials across departments and locations.
Collect outbound packages and boxes from internal departments.
Sort items according to established methods and prepare them for processing shipment or transport.
Maintain accurate records and logs of all activities.
Ensure adherence to all safety procedures at all times.
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
25 years of experience in mail/print services or related office support roles.
13 years of experience using Microsoft Office software (Word Excel etc.).
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role in an office setting.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Capable of operating mail carts flatbeds and lifting up to 50 pounds.
