Job Overview

The Sales Executive role at Kalash Craft Creation is a junior level fulltime position based in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 3 years of experience. This position requires generating leads conducting cold calls and building relationships with clients ensuring the growth of our Interior Glass Industry sectors.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation and cold calling to secure potential business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven expertise in building and nurturing longterm client relationships to maintain a robust customer base (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals ensuring beneficial terms for the company and clients alike.
  • Capability to deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to the needs of diverse industry clients.
  • Experience in conducting detailed market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.
  • Adept at customer onboarding ensuring a seamless transition and quick acclimation to our services and products.
  • Proficient in account management maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions with clients.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team to strategize and execute successful sales plans that align with company goals.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling networking and other lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and industry demand.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings to provide updates and insights into the sales process and pipeline.
  • Create detailed sales presentations to present to prospective clients outlining the benefits of our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Enter and manage accurate data in our CRM system to track sales activities and client interactions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and corporate strategies.
