Job Overview
The Sales Executive role at Kalash Craft Creation is a junior level fulltime position based in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 3 years of experience. This position requires generating leads conducting cold calls and building relationships with clients ensuring the growth of our Interior Glass Industry sectors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and cold calling to secure potential business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Proven expertise in building and nurturing longterm client relationships to maintain a robust customer base (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling networking and other lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and industry demand.
- Participate actively in sales meetings to provide updates and insights into the sales process and pipeline.
- Create detailed sales presentations to present to prospective clients outlining the benefits of our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and achieve sales targets set by management.
- Enter and manage accurate data in our CRM system to track sales activities and client interactions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and corporate strategies.
