Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Tableau Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager with expertise in Tableau to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead data analytics initiatives. Responsible for managing all BI Advanced Visualization related client asks and support the team for the overall project goal.
Responsibilities
Lead Data Analytics Projects: Manage endtoend data analytics visualization projects using Tableau
Develop Dashboards and Reports: Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards/ Reports using Tableau
Data Integration: Oversee the integration of various data sources to ensure comprehensive and accurate data analysis.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Performance Optimization: Performance Monitoring finetuning and optimization of dashboards
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for team members on Tableau to enhance their skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in computer science information systems or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
Experience: Experience in data analytics with experience in a managerial role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Certifications: Tableau Desktop Certification
Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as Retail/finance is advantageous.
Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
