Job Description :

The Entry Engineer is responsible for assisting in the design and development of Water and Wastewater Treatment Products. This role involves working under the guidance of experienced engineers conducting research analyzing data and contributing to the optimization of production processes.

Academic and General Requirements:

• BE. / B Tech in Mechanical Engineering with First Class.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest to build a career in Mechanical design working on 3D modelling preparation of detail drawings bill of materials etc. using the 3D software Autodesk Inventor.

Responsibilities:

• Create CAD Drawings and 3D models of Engineered Products including overall layout General Arrangement Assembly and Fabrication Drawings (for Sheet metal & Structural) for each project
• Design of Primary and Secondary Clarifier Product by referring Proposal Document Civil Drawing Client GA Site Markup Document
• Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) in enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
• Update the Model / GA Drawing based on the Markup Comments.
• Create and update the database for the executed Job including Drawings generated for future reference
• Modify and Improve the Modeling process in existing approach to reduce the Modeling Time.
• Provide timely communications to significant issues.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers to address technical decision coordinate work and execute product development plan
• Take direction from Team Lead / Manager to perform
• Contributes as a team member in the development of projects carrying out assigned responsibilities in a timely diligent safe and professional manner
• Ensuring the Quality of the Design and Services

Professional Requirements:

• Fresh Engineering Graduates are eligible to apply.
• If experienced then few months to a maximum of 2 years of handson experience in 3D CAD using Autodesk Inventor. Exposure in AutoCAD and Solidworks will be an added advantage but not a must.
• Candidates who have worked in Water Treatment Industries Effluent Treatment Plant are preferable
• Experienced in Preparing 2D GA drawing of Primary Clarifiers (Rectangle) Secondary Clarifier (Circle) Thickeners Orbals.
• Experienced in designing of structural components like Pier assemblies Cage assemblies Truss assemblies Platform assemblies etc Tank weldment assemblies for Primary Clarifiers (Rectangle) Secondary Clarifier (Circle) Thickeners Orbals
• Exposure to MS Office package for preparing necessary documents excel files and ppts will be an advantage.
• Experience in working with international teams towards engineering design will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills to liaise with international teams; Extra miler / selfdriven to meet the commitments / goals. Be analytical and problem solving.
